Step 2: Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Review
Sundar Industries’ engineering team reviews your design within 24 hours. We check for features that could cause manufacturing issues — such as sharp internal corners, excessively tight tolerances, or thin walls. We provide free feedback and may suggest design modifications to reduce cost or lead time without compromising functionality.
Step 3: Quoting & Process Planning
Based on your approved design, Sundar Industries plans the manufacturing process. For CNC machining, this includes selecting the right tooling, fixturing strategies, and machine setup. For injection molding, this involves mold design and material selection. We send you a detailed quote with a cost breakdown and clear timeline.
Step 4: Production & In-Process Inspection

Step 5: Final Inspection
